Artnest AI Video Generator turns your ideas into motion. This policy explains, in plain words, what information moves through the app and what stays with you. It is written by Artnest AI Video Generator, the developer of the app. There are no accounts here and no sign-in. You open the app, you create, you explore.

The short version

We collect only what is needed to make your videos and to know whether your subscription is active. We do not ask for your name, email or a password. We do not sell your information. Your generations are processed on our own backend, not handed to outside AI providers.

What we do not collect

The app has no user accounts, so we do not hold profiles, usernames, passwords or contact lists. We do not ask for your name or email address to use the app. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple handles those.

What passes through the app

To create a video, the app sends what you give it, such as your prompt and any material you choose to submit, to our backend. The finished video is sent back to you. To manage subscriptions, limited purchase and device-related information is processed, such as whether you have an active subscription and related transaction records. Basic technical information about the app and your device may be processed so that features work and subscription status can be checked.

Where your ideas are rendered

Every generation runs on the developer's own backend. Your prompts and inputs travel there, become motion, and return to your device. We use them to deliver the result you asked for and to keep the service running properly.

The services we work with

Apple App Store: distributes the app and processes all purchases and subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple's own privacy policy governs the information Apple handles. Adapty: helps us track subscription status and understand subscription analytics, such as whether a plan is active, renewed or cancelled. Adapty processes this information on our behalf. We do not use these services to build an advertising profile of you.

Purchases and subscriptions

When you subscribe or buy something in the app, Apple processes the payment. We never see your full payment details. Apple tells the app whether a purchase succeeded. Adapty, when used, records subscription status and related analytics so the app knows which features to unlock for you.

How long we keep things

We keep information only as long as it is needed to create your generations, to support your subscription and to operate and protect the service, or as long as the law requires. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous. Records held by Apple follow Apple's own retention practices.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you. You can ask us to delete it. You can ask us to correct it. Because there are no accounts, we may ask for details that help us find the right records, such as a purchase or transaction reference. To manage or cancel a subscription, use your Apple ID subscription settings. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Children

The app is not designed for young children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

As the app grows, this policy may change. When it does, we will update it and the effective date below. Continuing to use the app after an update means the new version applies.
