Welcome to Artnest AI Video Generator, a place to explore ideas through motion. These Terms of Use set out the simple rules for using the app. They form an agreement between you and Artnest AI Video Generator, the developer. Please read them before you begin.

Saying yes by creating

By downloading, opening or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms work alongside Apple's standard rules for apps from the App Store.

Your licence to use the app

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules. This licence lets you use the app. It does not transfer ownership of the app to you.

Creating responsibly

Use the app with care. Do not use it to create or share content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that violates someone else's rights, including privacy, likeness, copyright or trademark rights. Do not try to reverse engineer, copy, resell or disrupt the app or our backend. Do not overload, probe or misuse the service. We may limit or end access if these rules are broken.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are offered through Apple In-App Purchase. All billing is handled by the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. Prices and plan details are shown in the app before you buy.

Who owns what

The app, its design, software, name and branding belong to Artnest AI Video Generator and are protected by intellectual property laws. The prompts and material you submit remain yours. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you own the videos you generate and may use them as you choose. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you submit and for how you use the results. You give us permission to process your inputs and outputs only as needed to create your videos and run the service.

About AI-generated results

AI is imaginative, but not perfect. Results may be unexpected, inaccurate or similar to work made by others. Review your videos before you share or rely on them.

No guarantees

The app is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted and error-free operation.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Artnest AI Video Generator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or content, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the period giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

When these terms change

We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we do, we will revise the effective date below. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated terms apply.
